IMPORTANT NOTE: Only do what is safe and appropriate for YOUR baby. The baby yoga shown here is with my baby that is over 6 months old, has a strong neck that supports his head, is able to roll over, crawl, pull himself up to standing and take steps assisted. He is also comfortable and used to being held upside down. Only try these baby yoga moves with your baby if they at least as physically developed. Baby must be content, willing and comfortable at all times.
The intention of this video is to show that it is possible to continue but adapt your yoga practice to include your baby. The importance here is not the postures or the sequences shown here as such, but rather, that there is a wonderful spontaneity and freedom of flow between you and your baby that creates the yoga practice.
